Yukon Potatoes and Chicken Pizza

    servings = 4 medium pizzas, prep time =30 min, cost= ~$7
    Dough: 2 cups of flour, 2 tsp sugar,1 tsp salt,3 tbsp olive oil,1 cup hot water, 1 pack of Fleischmann’s Pizza Yeast
   Toppings:  1 chicken breast (cooked) , 10 small yukon potatoes, rosemary,  6 tbsp greek yogurt, mint leaves, swiss cheese 
one To make the dough, mix the flour, salt, sugar, yeast, olive oil and water in a large bowl. Form a ball and knead it on a floured surface until it is smooth. 
two Split the dough to three pieces. Roll each piece to a medium size pizza and place on a floured parchment paper 
three Cut the potatoes into thin slices and place them on an oiled oven pan. Cook in the oven for 20 min at 400F
four Start layering the toppings by adding: 2 spoons of greek yogurt, a sprinkle of olive oil, the baked potatoes, shredded chicken breast, mint leaves, and swiss cheese
five place the pizza (on the parchment paper) in the oven and cook for 10 min at 500 F 
gourmet Place the pizza on a large plate. Sprinkle more cheese on top. Add a rosemary leaf on top before you bake the pizza. Serving the pizza on the parchment paper gives it that “freshly baked” feel. Your guests will love the individualized pizzas idea
